Starting issues with electrical problems

When temperature is below 0 degrees I start my 2006 F-150 King Ranch with less than 1,200 miles, the tachometer and spedometer gages bounce off and on the peg at the bottom of the gages.

The radio turns itself on to an AM radio station full blast. After turning off the radio teh CD changer cycles through all 6 CD holders. No CD's are inserted into the CD changer.

Any ideas on what is causing this issue to occur?

The truck is at the local Ford Dealership and of course now the temperatures are above 0 degrees every morning.

Thank you

Frustrated F-150 owner

Local Ford Service department failed to reproduce the issue and could not resolve the issue because the temperature is above zero.
The dealership service experience is terrible for a frist time Ford owner and possibly last time Ford owner.

Help!!

Any ideas on how to diagnose the issue and resolve it would be appreciated.

Thank you
