On my way to work today. It's snowing. My windshield wipers stop working. Better than going out in a thunderstorm, i guess...

Anyone have suggestions why this would happen? I figured the motor went out. Is it possible that a fuse/switch blew while in use? In other words, is there something I should try before i go spend $80 on a new motor?

I've got a 2001 F150, 115k miles...
