I have an '04 lariat with a speedometer face in kilometers and would like to change it to MPH with the stock factory gauge face.
If I could get my hands on a new stock gauge face in MPH, would it be possible to remove and replace the face with the MPH one?? Is this something I could just do myself?

Has anyone ever done this on a '04+

If not, what are my other options. I am wanting things to look as stock as possible but don't want to spend an arm and a leg.
