Electrical Problems, Need help!

Hey guys I seem too be having quite the headache, with the DRL on my signals seem to work, but when I turn on the headlights I only get a right turn signal, left lights up solid (doesnt flash) , aslo my cruise control wont work with the head lights on (works fine with them off) and either way when I apply my brakes the instement pannel illuminates as well as climate controls and front running lights, let off the break and they all go out again, I am assuming its the MFS or a grounding problem, hopeing someone could point me in the right direction, also my lighter stopped working around the time the lights all went crazy.

All fuses checked
94 v8 5.0L 302

Thanks

It certainly sounds like an open ground. Get Haynes PN 36058 w/light blue cover & look up all the ground locations in the back. There are several inside each kick panel & a few under the hood.

Well I guess I should have checked this sooner, just replaced multi-function switch, and headlamp switch, problem remains. I will try to check for a bad ground next, Thanks for your help

I aslo noticed with the key out of the ignition if I apply brakes, the dash instrument panel lights as well as the running/parking lights front and back. I have a chilton manual not too sure where to start, have no experience with electrical problems like this.
