Help locating the heater relay

Im pretty sure the heater relay is the problem with my blower running with the ignition off. Can someone please tell me the exact location? I can only find that its under the dash somewhere.

I assume you are refering to the blower relay ( I hope, never heard of the other one, but that does not mean squat ).

The blower relay and the flasher are in the same block, under the steering column area, I want to say slightly towards the right.

Got a chance to upload a dash view this AM.

Blower Relay block marked in red. You can see where it almost shows just to the right of the streering wheel column line, under the dash. That is the best I can do, without having one to look at.
