NEED INFO, FOUND HOW TO TURN THAT BUZZER OFF. IN THE TECH SECTION, WELL I COULDN'T GET TO WORK ON MY TRUCK(05 STX) FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS, SEATBELT GUY DON'T FLASH AFTER THE STEPS.
#2 PROBLEM GOT A 95 RANGER 4X4 EXT CAB THE PANNIC HORN GOES OFF WHEN THE TRUCK IS LOCK. FOUND THE REMOTE ANTI THEFT PERSONALITY MODULE, ON WIRE DIA. BUT NO WIRE GOING TO THE HORN. ANY IDEAS THANKS! (HAVE TAKEN BATTS OUT OF REMOTE, STILLS HAPPENS)

 

did you see one or two horns? most, if not all, vehicles have a high sound and a low sound horn. i don't really know wut your asking.

could you explain things a little better and not type in caps next time? thanks.

 

I've only seen one horn, but i'll look again tomorrow, the horn i found has two wires on it. I unpluged one wire the horn still worked, so i installed back and took the other one off still work. I thought horn had 1 wire and grounded by frame. I'm thinking one wire goes to horn button and other comes from panic button thing. Looked in my haynes book couldn't even find the darn horn on wire diagram. On the wirng diagram i found a Remote anti-theft personality module thats hooks too the the park relay swicth. Which in turns makes the park lights go on & off when the panic sensors go off, I persome. Hope this helps. I am not 100% sure but i disabled it on my truck before by removing a fuse but that stopped operation of a couple other things in my truck. i can't say i remember which fuse it was, i think i just kept pulling them til i got the right one.
