i have a wiper issue,can someone please help me ?when i squirt the washer fluid my wipers don't stop ,i have to shut my truck off to stop wipers, and my wiper delay doesn't delay it just goes at the same speed.ihave changed wiper/washer control switch,wiper control module(governor) still getting same result.it's a 1994 f-150xl 4.9

 

Well, if you just like throwing part$ at problems, throw a wiper motor in there & maybe it'll work. Or maybe not.
