Scotty ...I need more power !!
My Driving Lights are almost installed and now I need power for under the dash for my switch to run the relay to power the lights. Long sentence there.
I looked in the manual /wiring diagram though it didn't help much. Where is the cleanest, quickest place to pick up switched (only on when engine running) power. Under the dash , power panel under the hood , what color wire? Do I just start probing the wires out of the fuse panel looking for a "switched" one and then 3M connector tap into it? What will the computer think of that?

If you want an easy route under the dash, the parking lamps are the brown wire in the main headlamp switch which should be on pin 12.
This would allow the fog lamps to only be on when the parking lamps are on, so you would not have that running around in the day with the fog lamps on look
The other take of the Hot in Run Position, under the steering wheel column there is a 12 AWG Red w/ black stripe wire that is hot in the run postion only. This is what I used on my 2001 for my E-Fan enable circuit. It is 12 AWG, so you would have to use something like a 12 AWG T-Tap, and then use a 16 AWG male spade connector to tap into it, a blue 3M connector tap ( Scotch Lock type ) is usually single AWG config, unless you bought the disimilar version from an electrical supply house or boat supply shop like BoatsUSA ( these are not common at Napa and AutoZone / Pep Boys ).
Don't have the radio color code handy, the other is to use a add-a-fuse, and tap into the actual radio fuse in the Central Junction Box
Something like this :

Confirm in your owners manual, this should be the passenger compartment fuse panel, Fuse # 8 5 AMPs. 2000 MY, the radio is not on the assy delay relay, so the lights should go off when the key is shut off.
Let us know which way you want to go, if it is 3M scotch lock onto the radio harness, I will need to look that color code up, if it is not already listed in the headunit forum.
