need help starting

need help starting

hey guys I am new here and I wanted to ask if anyone knows why when I tried to start my 1989 F150 it doesnt do anything, it doesnt rotate I thought it was the starter relay I bought it knew its the same. So I checked with tester on the positive on starter relay and nothing no ground or positive on cable,

Battery, corroded terminals, starter relay nuts not tight, ignition switch.
If you don't hear the starter relay pull up then it is a bad relay, open circuit thru the ignition switch or power from the battery is missing/ground.
Not much there to look at.

check the connections at the starter solenoid itself
