Park indicator sensor?

I have a 1999 F-150 4x4 5.4L that won't start. I tried to jump the truck with no avail. We picked it up on a trailer and brought it home. What it's doing is absolutely nothing. When I turn the key to start there's not a sound. I figured it was either a battery or starter. Alternator is about 1 month old. I took my battery and had it tested. They said it was bad so I bought a new one and put it on. Same thing happens. I removed my starter and took it to get it tested also. Starter passed. I'm not getting any noise out of the starter when it's on the truck. Has anyone had this problem?

Check your grounds, and the cables from the battery to the starter, and to the alternator
