Heater blower motor and the blinkers stay running when I shut the truck off. Is this a ignition key problem or a short? In addition, there is a clicking sound coming from under the hood. I think it is the anti-theft, but I am not sure. The battery was drained a few months ago. I could not figure out why, but now I have a good idea. The problem seems to be intermittent.

Nope, but it has not done it since my last post. It is somewhat hard to figure out when it doesn't do it all the time. The last time it did it, I did notice a hissing sound coming from under the dash, like a vacuum leak. The hissing sound slowly went away and then a thump sound like a heater door closing. The fan stop running then. So I am thinking it is a bad vacuum switch.
