MY low beam head lights dont work?

MY low beam head lights dont work?

i have a 05 f150 and my low beam head lights dont work but the high beams do work whats wrong?????

take it to the dealer under warranty and have it fixed.

To answer your question.....

Did you check the fuses ? These are Fuse #23 RH lamp and Fuse #25 LH lamp, each fuse is 10 A fuse.

Do you have DRL ( day time running lamps ) ?

If you move the streering wheel column, do they stay ou t( checking for a problem with the connector to the MFS ).

If you use either turn signal, do they start working ( checking for a problem with the MFS ).

Have you had a chance to meter the headlamp connector, to see if power is there on the Dark Green w/ an Orange stripe ( RH ) or Dark Blue w/ a white stripe ( LH side ) ? ( checking if the power is at the connector, and the element in the blub is bad ).

With the ground working, that shows the ground is working ( Black on both ).

Have you installed after market bulbs or do you still have the stock bulbs in ?

Let us know where you stand on these questions, and we can try to get you working again.

cheacked fueses they are both good
no drl
chekd siganls and moved steeering column nothing happened
i have aftermarket bulbs
tommrow ill try changing back to stock

Prior to yanking the bulb, did you get a chance to check the connector with a meter, to see if you have power ?
