Power to A/C fan, Compass, auto-mirror

Power to A/C fan, Compass, auto-mirror
I have a '02 SCrew with electronic A/C control. With the key removed, the power remains on to the fan, OAT display,auto-dim mirror and the compass.
This is pretty strange. I would easier comprehend if these did not work.
Anyone have a suggestio
