On a rainy/humid day, you can get in the vehicle and strange things are happening. The ac fan runs by itself. The engine may or may not start. When it doesn't, it as if there is no power to the switch(key). If it starts, al lis well most of the time if the AC runs a while. I am thinking moisture is an issue since it only happens on a rainy day. Of course, by the time we get it to a garage, everything is fine. Has anyone had these same problems.

Strong possibility that your windshield is leaking onto the GEM module and the fuse panel.
