Rabs 95 F150

How does one access it to disconnect it for troubleshooting a short? I understand it's behind the instrument panel/radio somewhere? Thx...

The service manual shows it to be directly behind the glovebox.

The manual doesn't give specific directions for locating it, so it is likely very obvious.
