when i start my truck the starter hangs, unless i turn the key off and back on (fast enough where it wont die) then it will disengage,,,but my truck will not charge,,,,,,,,,,,i have a new starter,battery,alt,ignition switch, and new fuses....also i have shimmed the starter......any ideas??
