guage needles peg to the right when starting

Hey folks. When I turn the key to start my truck, all the needles in all the guages peg to the right, then all the way back to the left, then move to where belong when engine running. Any ideas?

I had an Expedition that did that. Neede a new battery. That solved my problem. It might solve yours. Have your battery tested.

My 01 f150 did that too, new battery took care of it.

they will do this after the pcm has lost power. check the connections on the battery.
