This is bizzare, but I was in one of these trucks yesterday and the display was on for a while, then went away again...there's gotta be a short in a switch or connection somewhere...

Without knowing which unit you have, it's tough to troubleshoot it, but your best bet: Contact Trevor at www.pacificaudiotech.com The guy knows Ford stereos inside and out.
