Hey guys, I installed an Autometer Tans temp guage and am trying to find a wire that is ignition swiched with enough voltage. I tapped into a power but it must be for a lamp or something requiring less power because i read only 8+ to 9+ volts. Is there a solid 12v source that is unique in coding or colour?, its hard to identify anythjing because everything is bundled in the harnesses. i guess what im asking is where is the most common, easily spliced, and readily available 12v ignition switched source? any info would be great.
