read trow's56 thread about brake light not working. i chimed in with the same problem and projectSHO89 gave some suggestions. got home and removed the steering colum shroud and wiggled, pushed and pulled some wires and brake lights work.woo hoo!! seems the connector on top of the column was slightly pulled away. pushed it back and all is fine.the hardest part of the job was trying to get the shroud back without breaking anything. all in all it took about ten minutes and probably saved hundreds. the best part is...... going on six years and no greasy mechanic has touched my baby! yeah!!!!!!!!
