Primary Battery Fuse Ratings
I'm ready to install a 200 amp alternator in my 98 - 4.6., but the primary fuses are rated at 175 amp.
Should I be replacing the fuses with a higher rating?
I am replacing the primary cable between the alternator and fuse with a # 4 cable, per the manufacturer. I will also replace the ground cable with larger.
