Check engine and ABS lights on
My dad drives a 99 f150 and the Check engine and ABS lights are on. The obd II connector has been pluged in on several computers and is shows no codes! The ABS light is on and the breaks have been done all around and one of the hubs was replaced and idea why this is happening?

The ABS and PCM computers are separate and should not interact with each other in any way. That means you should treat each issue separately unless you have a wiring fault in the cluster that is causing an indicator light-only problem (not very likely).
For the CEL, you still need to plug in a scanner that can do a better job of reporting the status of the PCM. Check to see if the scanner is reporting the MIL status as on or off. If MIL is commanded on, then get the codes.
For the ABS system, the most common fault is the rear diff sensor. However, there are dozens of possibilities. Pulling the ABS computer codes is highly recommended to assist in getting an accurate diagnosis.
