Key programing with one key lost

I have one orginal key but not the second. Is it possible to program another key or does the dealer need to do it. I have the new chip key already but the manual says you need two keys.

That is correct, either the dealer or a PATS locksmith. Sorry time to open the wallet.

You need at least two programmed keys to add another on your own.
