I have a 98 F-1 with the factory panic alarm, well the alarm will set itself off for no reason. Even if the alarm isnt activated it will just go off with the lights blinking and horn sounding. What may be causing this? Also it appears to sound off more right after the engine is shut off.

 

check your remote, the panic button might be sticking
