dealership service manuls????

Just curious if anyone uses them, or consider them handy to have around when you work on your truck? This is versus haynes or chilton manuals.

any opinions?

I bought a copy of the factory service manual on cd on ebay for about $10.
I find it to be invaluable, and 1000 times more specific, clear and relevant that the commercial manuals.

I prefer the factory manuals over anything else. Mitchell is a close second, though.

Nothing is better than the factory manual. Nothing even comes close IMHO.

I use 'em all the time.

Ebay has Ford Service manuals for all cars/trucks everyday in print or CD. I got busy this am and forgot to bid on 99' Taurus wiring dia/trouble shooting manual for $3.50 darn. Set up permanent search and you will find. Many questions could be easily answered using the books. I have or will have these on every Ford I work on... ...(search on Ford Manual)

Those Torrent file seems to be the exact copy of the factory DVD that I got off eBay some time ago.

Just watch the date on your computer when you use these. They have an expiration date, and if the computer's date is after that, it will not load. Just change the date back, and you are good to go !!
