Getting power windows

I'm going to purchase the Colibri kit sold on ebay for my '05 XL Scab. I was wondering how to make the driver and passenger switch have express up/down feature. Is this something built in to most universal kits or do I have to get extra relays. All replies appreciated!
Thanks

the Express up / down feature does not come with the universal power window kits. You would need to buy the express modules seperately in order to have that feature.

I personally have not added the express modules to my power windows but many other people have. Do a search for express module in the 2004-2006 F150 forum and you should come up with more info on this than you can imagine.

Thanks for the info. I didn't know it was called an express module. Search results were very informative. I think I'll go with the DEI 530T. Reasonable prices on ebay. Thanks again!

Well it's done! I've got an '05 XL Scab plain work truck with the 5.4L. So far I've installed the Crime Stopper remote keyless entry, power windows (Tracpro) from ebay and the DEI 530T for express up/down. I'm really enjoying this truck now. With my 11" Magnaflow SI/SO this truck is a joy to drive. Just wanted to thank Mister B and also Chris Adams for your help. I'm thinking E-fans are next. Gotta check with the wife... I mean budget.

Great to hear everything worked out.
Good luck on the wif... uh, budget.

E-fans may help the gas mileage, especially around town or on cold running. That may help with the 'budget'.
