My driver side power window goes down but won't go back up. It doesn't even sound like it wants to go back up when you hit the button.

The whole driver side switch panel is messed up. It will put both driver and passenger windows down, but won't put them back up. The power door lock also sounds like it's weak, and sounds like it is spooling up but to weak to actually lock.

The passenger side switch panel works just fine for the passenger window.

Any ideas?
