My interior lights as well as my outside cab light stay on after starting engine and stay on when driving. This is on a 97 F-150 XLT Extra Cab 4x4.
As you can well imagine, this not good during night driving.
After turning off engine,they eventually go off but not until about 30 mins.
Anybody have any ideas what the problem might be? TIA for any info. X

 

Simplest thing to check first, is the door switch is working?

 

Same thing happened to me. All you got to do is spray some Liquid Grease in the hinges on each door. I saturated all my hinges with lock grease and it stopped doing that.
