Installed the H13's from Hoen this morning; closed garage A/B test is remarkable; white light field vs dingy factory yellow. The bulbs arrived in five days (CA to FL). They came in individual baggies and the invoice was very cryptic (no return or customer service info). I'll update after a night roadtest.

When I went back to their website (hoen-usa.com), I didn't see H13's listed; don't know if feds got 'em

 

I recently installed some Hoens in my wife's X5 - they are whiter than Silverstars, however, they still are a long ways off from matching xenon lights. I primarily bought them to see if they were going to last longer than the Silverstar H-3 bulbs.

 

I have the Hoen H13 Headlights & Hoen H10 Fog Lights.
I got them about a month ago, they look good together.
The Hoen H10 fog Lights match the white look of the headlights.
