I recently installed a Sirius Radio. After I replaced the dash where the radio goes the heater vents do not change from floor to panel or windshield. It will only blow out through the vents on top of the dashboard. I rechecked the connections and everything looks correct. Is there a relay or fuse that allows the vents to change from floor to panel or windshield?

look at the vac. line in front of the ac unit in the eng. compartment. It's a very small plastic line on the passenger side. i changed out the stock radio and the same thing happened. The line is too short and breaks real easy. once you see it you'll kick yourself, like i did.
