I'm hopping you guys can help, first time on any forum. I have a 1999 F150 V8 with about 70,000. Recently, I noticed that even after I turn the car off and pull out the key, the power throughout the car remains on. For instance, if I had the Air conditioner and radio on prior to turning the truck off on, they wiould still remain on after the car is off. You could also run the power windows too without the key in place. I dont know if this has anything to do with it or not but the check engine light is also on at this time.
