My drivers side window will let about half way down then slows down or stops all together. If i push it over that section it lets the rest of the way down fines. Would that be the motor or the track? How do you fix it?

 

I would say the motor. Ford used scissor style regulators and the odds of something getting stuck in those are slim to none. Remove the door panels and squeeze some lithium grease into the tracks to help. That will only buy some time as sooner or later, poof! Replacement.. from www.a1electric.com .
