It does not look to be the easiest thing.

Aside from the switch addition in the door ( harness may or may not be there already ) you would also need :
1. Driver Seat Module ( installed under the driver's seat ).
1.1 This interfces to the Memory Set switch, the driver's seat adjustment switch, the MCN.
2. The sensors for the driver's seat.
2.1. This includes the front seat height sensor, the rear seat height sensor, the Horizontal sensor, and the sdjustable pedal memory potentiometer.

The Drivers Seat module is basically put inline with between the seat switch and the seat motor, and all the sensors tell the Driver Seat Module where to set the seat at. The pedals are also part of this, but from the diagram, it does not look like the mirrors are ( jsut a guess, it does not show on page 123-1 or 123-2 in the '06 EVTM.

Sorry it looks like almost a complete re harness of the driver's seat, along with the sensor additions, and then you would need to try to interface it to the MCN, and finally add the memory seat switch on the door.

I thought that when you had dual power and heated seats the memory function was standard.
It is on my truck 04 Screw Lariat.
I also have the console shifter, maybe that affects it??
Or maybe they changed it on the 06's

It was part of the leather captian's chairs when I ordered my '06 SCrew in NOV-05. I tired a bunch of ways, and from what I can tell, when you get heated seats in any of the Lariats, it comes with the memory function.
Someone posted that you can get heated power seats in the FX-4, maybe that is the trim package and options he has ? Don't know...just guessing, there is no trim data loaded in his profile.
