backup/tilt down mirror feature?

Is it possible to add this feature to a 01 f150? I rented a newer expy (04 or 05 I think) and when you put it in reverse, the side mirrors tilted down and it was very nice for backing into spots and curbs and such.

Is it just a module that I could plug in, or any electrical guru's out there with some relay ideas to wire this up??

How about aftermarket?

thanks in advance for ideas/suggestions on how to add this to my truck!!!

James

I can't access the later manuals, but I know on most of the vehicles, it's controlled by the driver's seat module. It would definately not be an easy thing to retrofit to your existing setup.... lots of wiring and sensors involved.

Are you refering to the module that controls the seat memory like in a newer expy?

if thats all one "module" or unit, could I then in theory get my hands on this module and get the mirrors and seat memory? That would be cool too
