Starter hard to pull out ??

I am trying to replace my starter. I removed the 2 bolts and the wire connections but the starter still feels as if it won't budge. Has this ever happened to anyone or am I missing something??
I have to replace it because the short bare wire connecting the solenoid to the motor corroded and caused it to burn in 1/2 while I was trying to start it.
Any help greatly appreciated!!
YES I SHOULD MENTION I have a 97' 5.4L
I took out a bolt on bottom were the neg. connects and a bolt up top (a real joy) Is there a 3rd???

From: Georgia on my mind...
What are we working on? I'm assuming it's something with a 4.6/5.4; if so, there's one more 13mm bolt up top, best accessed through the wheel well with a looooooong extension and a swivel socket.
