Either a qualified locksmith or a Ford dealer can help.

You CANNOT simply swap the PCM and expect it to work, the PCM is "married" to the rest of the PATS system.

The PATS system now needs to be re-programmed. It will not start otherwise.

DIYers can now do this with Forscan and the proper OBDII interface.

You cannot program the PATS with a scan tool. You need a Forscan-compatible ELM327 adapter, a Windows/Apple/Android laptop/tablet/phone, and the Forscan software with an extended license.

If you don't have the technological ability, you need to deal with a locksmith, dealer, or shop that has the equipment.
