Clusted Died Out ! What should i do? PLEASE HELP!

i have a 97 F150 & I Took the cluster out because a few of the lights died in there & i could not see to good at night, after i fixed them i reinstalled everything & now my whole cluster is dead! MPH,RPM,Gas & Everything else!, my 4x4 Light wont go on but some stuff still works but only the warning lights on the left side of the cluster, the 4x4,4x4 low & airbag light don't light up.

i took the cluster out made sure all the connections are good & tight.
i even took it apart and opened it up, everything looks fine & i checked every fuse.

what i did do was,
when changeing the dead blub i could not get it out So i used a flathead screwdriver to pry it out a little (not much) but when doing that i Scratched the Green Plastic Like cover on the rear of the cluster.

do you guys think that could be the cause? i mean the scratch is not even a half of inch.

I'm not a real mechanic but I would say yes inside that green plastic is all the wires that run the lites I beleive, somethings are better left to the pros and that is one??? Quintin will probably have some good info if he sees this he is pretty savvy on these trucks!!

The green plastic on the back of a printed circuit board carries electricty. If you cut across a circuit it is dead. I sometimes solder a piece of telephone wire from one side to the other when this happens to me. Of course if you broke many little circuits you will not have room. Sorry.
