I have a 1996 E150 Van, wants to start, but will not turn over, so i started with the basics, have spark, check fuel psi, none, so i checked the fuses, all have power, not sure about the relay, how would i check that, want to rule everything out before i have to pull the tank to replace the pump, anyone have any ideas what i should do next?

if you have no fuel pressure, have your checked the inertial safety switch?? :santa:
