first off i bought a '93 f-150 about 6 months ago, i dont smoke so i never really had a need for the car lighter but about a week ago i bought a cell phone charger and it wont work in my truck but every other car i plug it into it works fine. i was wondering if anyone knew what might be the problem and what i can do to fix it. also i was wondering if there was anyway to make the buzzing noise to stop when ever i have my door open w. the keys in the egnition.

 

for the cigarette lighter check for a blown fuse. look in the owners manual for the location. for the buzzer open your door and in the bottom right corner on the cab (not the door) there should be a little button like deal. get a philips screw driver and take it off. disonect the plug and put the button back on.
