power seats
Probably. Memory seats should require programing, etc. But the regular power seats don't need anything but twelve volts and a ground. I put them in my STX 04 and just ran power. Even the memory seats work fine as regular power seats with just power and ground.
If you want to see if the fuse/breaker is in, just test the harness at the thick wire (Green I think) and see if there is power. If there is, just nab the seats.
If not, check the fuse block for missing fuse/breaker.

The memory function requires full hookup to the PCM. I have a memory seat track in my regular cab, but no hookup to the PCM, so it just functions like a regular power seat.
The Memory seat comes with sensors on the motors, and the big module under the seat. I traced all the wires and hooked it up without the PCM wire; all other wires were easy enough to do. The memory would not function, it went into error mode. It is depended on the memory and control from the computer.
Too bad. If I ever find a non memory power pedestal to swap with someone, I would trade it straight up, for standard, since I don't like having the non-functional buttons there.
Still, the seat does work fine as a regular power seat.
