Power Windows getting stuck

After replacing my door lock actuators, my windows are getting in a bind whenever I roll them down/up. Is there anything that can be adjusted that will fix this? I have read about the guide inside the door, but it doesnt look like it can be adjusted all that much. The drivers side hangs really bad--it will start fine, get hung about half way down and then free up again toward the bottom. The passengers side is the same way, except it isnt catching as bad. Also, I got a power window switch from a F250 to replace mine, but the passenger side window goes up when I press the side for it to go down, and vice vesa. The drivers side works fine. I assume the switches are the same, they just plugged in just like the one I took out. Is there a reverse of polarity or something causing this? Thanks for any info!!

When I replaced my actuators, my windows did the same thing. I pulled the door panel again, loosened the bolt that held the track in place (nearest the actuator). There's really no adjustment, just loosening, wiggling and tightening (maybe a little bending). hope this helps!

I had a similar prob. I fixed it by spraying silicon spray in the channel. X
