Remote Start...A little help please.

I posted this in the 2004 forum but thought i might have more luck over here.
Im intertested in a remote start. I found this part number in the search but not much else: 2W7Z-19G364-BA, from fordparts.com.
Does anyone have this?
Is there one better that someone can reccomend?(i know I spelled it wrong)
Do I need a spare key made for it to work?

Im just looking for a remote start, not neccesarily with an alarm, and I dont have power windows. I dont want to pay a lot but I dont want junk either.

I used the 2W7Z-19G364-AA, but it has the alarm with the remote start. The 1L2Z-19G365-AB Securilock Interface (~35.00) will handle the key sensing issue. It mounts permanently around the key collar and wires to your remote starter

Check out this site.

They have some r/s units for a decent price. You wont need an extra key if you buy of the pats modules. Plus they pre-wire them for you specific vehicle.

I got the FORD Gold remote system after I got my truck and it works great. They changed the the FORD Gold system after I got it,so it's better now.The labor was high for the install, but it has a life time warranty. My key pad will set it off some times when I use it,but the range is great.check around there are some others that have a life time warranty and the labor is lower for install. After you get one you will always want one on any vel you have.

I believe that the Gold (etc. ) system was replaced with the 2W7Z-19G364-AA (BA or CA depending on options), coupled with the 1L2Z-19G365-AB Securilock pats interface. I've had no problems with my AA (alarm/start) installation. I installed my own, but considering you have to do connections under the hood, under the dash, and in the door jamb, I can see why the install costs a bit. It's not technically complex, but it's not for the faint of heart either.

Not sure what is the best model but if you need a key you can get great prices on the transponder keys at saveonkeys.com
