I recently purchased a 1999 F150 the power windows, radio and cruise control are inoperable. I researched it here and thought it might be the battery saver relay. I bought one and no luck...Any ideas?

 

I'd start looking at each one of those components and diagnosing them individually. Before you start looking for a cure-all, do some investigating. Is there power to the window motors, switches, relays, etc. The radio for instance was probably reinstalled so the seller could keep his good aftermarket one. Probably isn't hooked up, or some wiring hacks....From your post, sounds like you are looking for the ONE relay to replace to fix it all.....Oh yeah, welcome, this forum is great.
