"blue" light headlites

Newer cars, such as Mercedes and others, have brilliant blue headlites when they come at you on the highway.
Can such a headlite be installed on a 1999 F-150?

Sylvania Xenarc 2010 Kit

Not sure if Sylvania is still selling the 2010 Kits. They go for about $400 and are direct headlamp replacements for the OEM, plus one wire harness and two connections to the battery. About 30 minutes to install (not including aiming time.) I installed a set almost a year ago come November. Very good investment!
