01 F-150 hauling service trailer. Relay 302 installed to have 12V power to trailer interior lights. Lights only work if key is in "on" position. This activates headlights as I have DRL option. Do I deactivate the headlights and how is that done or can I have 12V power to the trailer plug without using the key in the "on" position?
