Hi, you are in the wrong forum. It should be the right one, but we have posted reams on this subject over in the 2004-2005 F150 section.
But since we are here, can I ask you a couple questions on what you want?

You have a supercab? do you have the manual crank rear windows, or are they 'fixed'? If they are fixed you might pull the panel off and see if the mechanism is in there. Some have found the gear in side.

On power windows, the best kit I have used is the Colibri. There are some under a house brand being sold on e-bay right now. I can post links if you want.

If you are just doing the front two windows it can be done nicely for 90 bucks, total.

As to locks, putting in aftermarket is a snap. Cost you somewhere around 60.00 bucks for two lock actuators and module, plus two keyfobs.
I have put three different keyless sytems in my F-150 2004 STX reg cab.
Crimestopper is easy, Powercode deluxe involves a few more wires. And I just added keyless door pad to my system, about 50 bucks if you do it right. A modifed setup, but works well.
I will post a few relevant links in a few minutes.
Chris

feel free to ask more questions, but this might get you going the right way
