My wipers won't work when my engine is running. If the engine isn't running, they work fine. This started yesterday. And when I say wipers, I am also including the fact that the washers won't spray either. Any ideas?

My Sebring convertible does something funky like that when you adjust the tilt whell all the way up...


Try adjusting the tilt wheel and see if it still happens... could be wires pulling
