I have a stx with just the basic cluster no tach.I would like to know if these trucks are wired for an King ranch cluster or fx4 any thing would be better than what I have.In my ranger I was able to swap it out and the truck was wired so it was a plug and play deal.Any one know?

 

Check in the 2004-2005 forum and search for tachometer and or cluster. Lots of us have swapped them.
Easy to do, fairly expensive to buy, and the dealer has to program the PCM to recognize it. 35-75 bucks at dealerships that understand it. Some don't have a clue.
