No Cruise/Horn on the 96 Bronco

I've been probing into why I don't have a Horn or the Cruise on out 96 Bronco.
Any ideas ? Thanks

Sounds like the clockspring in you steering wheel is shot/broke/bent. This is what makes the electrical connection between the steering wheel and your column.
