i just bought an obdii scanner to check out some check engine lights..but no power...thought it might be a fuse...i have checked all of the fuses under the hood and in the dash... its my understanding the correct fuse is the third down on the left had side(under the dash) the 20 amp fuse,,,but it has power going through it.. any ideas please help its a 1998 f150
